01 What happens during a Brookhaven appointment?
Your visit begins with an AI scalp analysis, followed by your chosen head spa treatment and a gentle rough blow-dry. The analysis is included unless you opt out on your intake form; the depth of the review varies by service length.
02 Will you blow-dry my hair?
Yes. We finish with leave-in products and a rough blow-dry so you don’t leave with wet hair. A styled blowout is not included.
03 Do I need to wash or detangle my hair beforehand?
You don’t need to wash your hair before your visit. We recommend detangling it as much as you comfortably can, since extensive detangling may reduce treatment time.
04 Do you work with all hair types?
Yes. We welcome all hair textures and will handle your hair with care throughout the treatment.
05 Can I book if I have hair extensions?
We’re unable to perform head spa services on guests with hair extensions. The water and massage involved may cause discomfort or affect the extensions.
06 How does the hot stone offer work?

The most amazing and luxurious experiences l've ever had.
This is now a part of my self care routine.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I have anxiety about going somewhere new for the first time but they did a wonderful job communicating how to find the space & what to do upon arrival to ease any stress. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the perfect temperature. The entire ambiance was peaceful and allowed for the most relaxing session. All the different tools and products felt amazing. My hair is naturally brown, and it has been bleached blonde and toned lavender. The treatment didn't strip away any of my color and left my hair and scalp feeling clean and refreshed. Can not recommend this experience enough!!!!
