We cater to all hair types. In fact, we have estheticians and cosmetologists that specialize in natural hair and lots.

Due to the nature of the service involving constant massaging and rubbing in different directions, the hair may tangle during the service, but we detangle with the deep conditioning hair mask, and at the end of the treatment.

We are equipped with Felicia, Denman, and Wet brushes to help detangle your hair, and our technicians will assist with this process. 

We no longer perform services on guests with Hair Extensions, as the service may be very uncomfortable and/or cause damage to the extensions.

As long as you are able to lie on your back for the entirety of the service, yes it is pregnancy safe!

Yes, we have products that are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and 100% color and keratin safe.

We recommend coming in comfortable clothing and with hair that has been detangled to the best of your ability.

While we do detangle your hair before the treatment, excessively tangled hair may deduct time from your head spa session.
